*Peel sticker from it’s backing and apply firmly to the back of hand.
*Apply sunscreen liberally and evenly to sun exposed skin and sticker following exact directions on the sunscreen label.For best results, sunscreen should dry for 15 minutes before getting wet.
*When the sticker begins to turn blue, this is your reminder to reapply sunscreen.Reapply to skin and sticker at the same time following the exact directions on your sunscreen label.When sunscreen is reapplied to the sticker, it will change back to its original color
*Reapply sunscreen as needed following step #3 above.After one day's use, gently peel sticker off of the skin and recycle
