Some suggestions
 

1. Boil
 
- Defrost in the chiller
 
                                     
 
  
- Heat up the water in a pot and put the *whole bag into the boiling water
 
- Boil for 5-10 mins

2. Microwave 
 
- Defrost in the chiller
 
      
- Remove plastic and microwave for 3 min 1st then another 2
 
 min (altogether 5 minutes)

3. Oven Bake
 
- Defrost in the chiller
 
- Remove plastic and bake for 5 min at 170°C
 
 
4. Steam 
 
- Defrost in the chiller
 
 
- Remove plastic and steam for 4-5 min 
 
 
DO NOT heat up too long as you may over cook the fish meat
