No missing parts or broken ring bell everything was in excellent condition. My husband spend like one hour to assamble it and he used a drill or something like that. My 12 months baby loves the bell and likes to play with the phone, he goes inside and seems to enjoy his little cozy place. Size was exactly as described and it fixs perfect into his playroom. I recommend using your own tools and not the ones provided. Took us less than an hour to have it fully assembled. The detail the added to it is exceptional. And very durable. This ones going in our backyard because we don't have the room in our house.
