That means it has been produced from natural rainforests, at least 5 kilometres from any building, structure or evidence of human intrusion into the environment..

Of course it also has all the delicious and piquant flavour you'd expect from genuine Tasmanian leatherwood honey.

And it has the trademark distinctive sweet aroma and intense fragrance of the leatherwood blossom.

The honey gets its name from the spectacularly beautiful and iconic Tasmanian world heritage listed Cradle-Mountain Lake St Clair National Park. Australian Honey Products has produced this honey from the leatherwoods in Tasmania's national park rainforests.
