1.  Quality Issues:

Full refunds or exchange are issued for quality issues and we will pay for return postage both ways. (Quality issues include: obvious stains， tear damage， and defective products.) Must be within 7 days from the receipt of your items

Customers who receive products with errors of 1cm (or more)， that we consider will affect the wearing of the product， are eligible for a exchange or refund.

4. Style Issues:
