My 12month old loves it! We got it for her first birthday and she spent the whole day in it! She loves crusing all around inside of it and ringing the door bell! It is small but we bought it as an indoor toy and it fits well in her playroom. The house only has two draw backs. One is that the house its self is a little unsteady on the top, the roof moves Very easy. But its nothing that would effect my daughter playing with it. The other thing is the door comes off alot! It can be popped back in but it does get annoying. I also have two sons 4yrs and 5yrs that like to play in it. We had a whole pool party set up in the backyard but she went right for the little cottage instead. Every minute she gets, she is in the backyard playing in, on and around this fun little cottage.
