Have you ever had your joints aching, and there was no one around, and all you wished for was some relief from the pain? These Lacrosse Balls do the trick wonderfully. They are much better than using tennis balls because they're much firmer and apply better pressure. Also there's no need to tape two balls together.
If you've never tried this, here's a sample of what you could do. Find an empty wall in your home. Stand an inch or two away from the wall. Position the double ball with your hand on the tender area. You may need to roll the balls around a bit until you hit your trigger point. Lean hard onto the wall and roll the balls back and forth for a minute or so. It may be slightly painful but if you keep at it the pain will be relieved!
