Tips for caring for your Tupperware
When you store/keep your unused tupperware container (for a long period of time), suggest do not close the lids, so as to allow air circulation, as stale air can leave unpleasant smell.
Another reason is because Tupperware container is designed to be airtight, so air cannot escape. In the long term, when the temperatures fluctuate, the air trapped in the container might cause the lids to break overtime.
To get some undesirable smell out of your Tupperware container, some methods might be effective: Wet some newspaper and store overnight with the lids closed as the carbon of the newspaper can absorb the smell. Or store some pandan leaves and leave it for few days to get rid of the bad smell.
