In the late 1990's, I climbed about 1,500 feet to dig this beautiful specimen in Sam's Pocket #4 at about 13,000' on the eastern ridge of the Little Giant Basin in the San Juan Mountains just east of Silverton. This crystal measures about 0.6" x 1.5". All quartz crystals are believed to have special healing properties. This is from my personal collection that I am selling because of retirement and the economy. This unique crystal measures about 1.5" x 2.75" and weighs 2.6 ounces. The top of the crystal has multiple terminations.
