HOW EAR CANDLES WORK

Ear Candling Instructions:

Preparation:  

• Create a relaxed atmosphere before you start, possibly with relaxation music essensial oil

• The ear candling experience will be more intense if the eyes are kept closed

• In order for the flame to burn smoothly the room should be free of draughts

• Lie the patient down on one side in a comfortable position

• Support the head slightly with a pillow so that the auditory canal is in a vertical position

• Sit on a chair by the patient's head

   

  Process:  

• The ear candle should be lit at the unlabeled end

• The non-burning end should be placed gently into the outer ear passage

• The ear candle is sealed in place by a light turning movement

• When you hear the pleasant crackling and hissing of the flame you know the ear candle is in proper place

• The ear candle must be held firmly in place throughout the process

• The ear candle will continue to flame throughout the treatment

• Keep the ear candle as vertical as possible

• In the final phase, the heat flow intensifies comfortingly and pleasantly

• Do not worry, the linen fabric which has already burned does not fall during the burning process

   

    Burning down and Extinguishing:  

• The ear candle may be burnt down to 1/3 left.

• Carefully remove the remainder of the ear candle

• Extinguish it in the glass of water that is ready nearby  

   Treat both ears:  

• It is generally advisable to treat both ears one after the other, each with a new ear candle

• Any condensation material that remains attached to the fine ear hairs should be removed 

  Rest:

• A subsequent rest of about 15 to 30 minutes will support the overall result

• Gently massage around the ear, face and neck to enhance the effect 

   

   

  Examine: 

• Check ear canal for any condensation residues 

• Remove these carefully with an ear cleaner  

• Do not push the residue back into the ear  

•   

  Do NOT use Ear Candles if you have:

• A perforated eardrum

• Tympanotomy tube implants

• All kinds of inflammations of the ear

• Skin diseases in and around the ear 

  Note:

  The ear candles are used by setting them alight, so safety precautions are necessary. 
  
  We recommend that the treatment always be done by a second person. This will ensure safety during the treatment and enables deeper relaxation. Always place a glass of water within reach in order to extinguish the ear candle.

Traditions usage of Navel candles, to select excellent beeswax, include Honey extracts, traditions herbal as Salvia, Serin peach, Chamomile, natural herbal oil, cotton and other organic materials. Both were made with pure cotton. Each navel candles with a filter to avoid the belly wax to flow backwards. The Navel Candling treatment is effectively to relieve your stress, body lymphatic drainage, flatulency, stomachache, endocrine disorder & digestive problem caused by irregularly diets. As well as relieve the period pain for a woman.

Process of Treatment:  

1. Lie down on the pillow. 

2. Massage the belly area, to relax the nerve system. 

3. Put 2 piece of towel around the navel area. 

4. To prepare a piece of aluminum paper 15cm x15cm and stick a small hold for navel candle. 

5. Light up the longer end and place the shorter end gently into the outer navel passage. 

6. Stick the longer end into the aluminum paper about 5cm. 

7. Gently put the navel candle with aluminum paper into the navel passage. Stick up for the 90° form the navel. 

8. The navel candles, it may burn down to 7cm above the black line marking at the most. 

9. With the vacuum theorem to inhale the belly wax from the navel. 

10. Use the alcohol to clean the wax in the navel.
