Best UsesComments about 21st Century Acidophilus, High-Potency, Capsules, 150 ea:Ive been taking probiotics/acidophilus for about three years now, and have always been quite happy with their "help" with my digestive tract. I buy almost exclusively from drugstore.com, whom I love, and until now(I realize now this probably wasnt the best move) I have bought whatever is on sale. To me, they each worked equally well.
Not with 21st Century. This product did absolutely nothing for my digestive issues. I used it for nearly a month and finally gave up, just today ordering new product. Cannot recommend.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friendWas this review helpful?

I use this to prevent GI complications from the antibiotics such as c. difficile. I have had NO problems with long term antibiotic use.
