When designing our wooden sunglasses, we had two goals: to create a minimal, yet stunning pair of wooden sunglasses with superior protection, design, and comfort, and to remain cognizant of our environmental impact. This mission, coupled with our core principle, led us through a long process of design and redesign, painstakingly reworking our wooden sunglasses while refusing to compromise our ideals.

With that in mind, we are proud to present Carbon by Rooted Shade. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen. As a part of our minimalist style, all unnecessary design elements have been removed to showcase the natural beauty of our materials. Our sustainably sourced wood pairs perfectly with our vibrant UV 400 polarized lenses, giving you a sleek, minimal design that seamlessly combines nature and fashion into a pair of sunglasses that will turn heads.

It is our strong believe that as a responsible company, we must protect and cherish the Earth. We refused to create a product that would have a negative impact on the environment. In order to minimize our ecological footprint, we established sustainable sourcing and manufacturing practices.
