Ingredients: Annatto Seed, Spices, Vinegar, Iodized Salt, Water, Granulated Garlic, Corn Meal, FD&C Red Color 40, Sodium Benzoate as a Preservative.

Directions:

Instructions: Best if refrigerated. Use approximately 1/3 brick for 2 lbs of meat. Dissolve in your choice of: lemon juice, water, oil or vinegar to create marinade. Marinate in or rub directly on meat. Grill, bake, BBQ or broil.
