The Bodi-Tek deep tissue massager focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue--the movement is relatively slow and the action is deep, concentrating on areas of tension and pain. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness and sore shoulders. It is also ideal for improving circulation and helping to tone up muscles. 

The Bodi-Tek deep tissue massager is designed to mimic the functions of a professional sports massage expert. Adjustable intensity levels and a fully rotating head give total control. Use on a lower level to experience a gentle rotating massage or a higher level to give a deeper massage which penetrates further into the muscle structure. 

To use the massager, simply turn the unit on and position over the area you wish to treat applying a small amount of pressure. Using the hand held remote control, you can increase or decrease the intensity as necessary. Start on a low intensity and increase until you find a level that is comfortable for you. Being a hand held device, the Bodi-Tek massager allows for specific and targeted relief to most muscle groups on any part of the body.
