*Secure wristband on wrist with printed side up leaving space to insert 2 fingers between and wristband.
*Apply sunscreen liberally and evenly to sun exposed skin and wristband following exact directions on the sunscreen label.For best results, sunscreen should dry for 15 minutes before getting wet.
*When the wristband begins to turn red, this is your reminder to reapply sunscreen. Reapply to skin and wristband at the same time following the exact directions on your sunscreen label.When sunscreen is reapplied to the wristband, it will change back to its original color.
*Reapply sunscreen as needed following step#3 above.After one day's use, remove wristband by pulling narrow end out of the slot and then pull through the top hole. Recycle after use
