How to use Sea Salts for baths:
For every day baths, use a handful or 1-2 cups of salt in half a bathtub of water and soak for 20-30min. Alternatively, dissolve a smaller amount of sea salt in a basin of water and sponge or soak affected areas such as the body, hands or feet. Be sure to drink lots of water as the detoxification process will pull moisture from your body.
Organic French Grey Sea Salt

The salt’s grey colour forms when sea water is channelled into claylined evaporation ponds. The clay also adds to the high mineral content of the salt.
Using traditional Celtic methods of harvesting salts, the salt crystals are collected by hand and undergo no treatment after harvesting so that its essential nutrients are retained. Our French Grey Sea Salt is never heated or processed. Instead, it is collected by hand, then dried by solar evaporation and stone ground. Its low sodium content allows for more magnesium, calcium and potassium, as well as, trace elements such as copper, zinc, iron, manganese, and minute amounts of iodine and fluoride. Fine grain Organic French Grey Sea Salt is a gentle exfoliant and has natural anti-bacterial and antiseptic qualities.
