ABOUT THE PRODUCT

• This product does not fade or peel after washing. (we accept refund / exchange within 7days if product fade / peel after wash).

• Please measure your child before ordering. Age in size chart only serves as a guide. All the dimensions are stated clearly on the item page.

• Fonts and Colour of names will be the same as our samples.

• Please note that the longer the text the wording will appear to me smaller.

• Sample image is based on T-shirt Size S.

• We have tried our best to be as accurate as possible on the product information. But color of actual finished product might not be 100% similar due to different computer resolution and screen settings
  

• As print are using dye gas printing method, colour of print may be slighly different when it blends together with the fabric. ( Image show are for illustration purpose only)
  

• Picture shown are exactly the same as its taken from our finished product.

• If chosen tshirt Style/Colour/Size is out stock, we will contact you to choose the available Style/Colour/Size.

PLEASE MEASURE YOUR CHILD CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING ORDER. AS ALL TSHIRTS ARE HANDMADE (HAND-SEWN). PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST HALF INCH EACH AS ALLOWANCE.( CHEST AND LENGTH). WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR JUST HALF INCH DIFFERENCES!

**Dear buyers, to save shipping time and prevent lost item. Please use registered mail when placing orders. WE ARE NOT Responsible for any delayed or lost orders by non-registered mail. We respect your choice. However you choose it at your own risk. Thank you.

We are not responsible for any lost and damage items by normal mail.

Pls note! For every 100 send by normal mail, we will sure receive at least 5 customers telling us that parcel is lost!

Registered Mail (Trackable)

Please top up $2.50 extra with one of your orders. (If you order several items from our shop, choose only once)

• All parcels are PRINT TO ORDER So it takes about 3-7working days for items to be mailed out.

• We do our best to dispatch all orders within 3-7 business days after payment received.

• Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for goods held up at the customs or late delivery by the courier or postal service.

• The customer will be responsible for supplying the correct postal details and we will not be responsible if items are returned because of wrong address or address is in an undeliverable zone.

• Refunds will not be issued on late deliveries or items held up by customs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We carefully inspect items carefully before we ship. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchange for change of mind in sizes or design unless style or size are not what you ordered or image fade after washing. Please contact us within 7 working days upon receiving your items.
