How to Use this Voucher:

Option 1 - Open Dated Ferry Tickets without Booking
     Customers have to be at HarbourFront Terminal (1 Maritime Square # 03-41 Harbourfront Centre, Singapore 099253) at least 2 hours before Ferry Departure timing to book for their onward and return ferry Timing

     All seats are based on availability on a First Come First Served Basis for OPEN DATED FERRY TICKETS.

Option 2 - Advance booking for Weekend / Eve of Public Holidays Date

Customers can send email WITH THE CONFIRMTION CODE FROM SGATTRACTIONS with passport details and intended travel date to the following email Address for booking:

Terms and Conditions


1) Seat reservations will only be confirmed upon receiving Booking Confirmation Code from Majestic Ferry reservations Team.

2) No Cancellation & Rescheduling is allowed after Booking Confirmation Code from Majestic Ferry Reservation is sent and/ or boarding pass are collected

3) Passengers have to collect their Boarding Pass at HARBOUR FRONT FERRY TERMINAL - 1 Maritime Square, #03-41 HARBOURFRONT CENTRE, SINGAPORE 099253) at least 1 hour before departure timing.  If not seats will be automatically released if boarding pass not collected.

Passports and Visas

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and travelling documents (visas etc.) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries they are travelling to. 
   Passengers may be refused entry into a country if they do not possess the required travel documents. Majestic Fast Ferry will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required or valid travel documents.

To Batam Indonesia
Passport: Your passport or travelling document must be valid at least six (6) months after the date of entry.
Visa: For more updated information, please refer to Indonesian embassy or visit their website at VOA application counters.
If you are going to Indonesia for business purpose, you are advised to apply for a business visa.

Visa On Arrival (VOA)

Visa fee USD15 - 7 days 
Visa fee USD35 - 30 days 

Please make sure you have the following documents ready before applying for VOA:

  1. Passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity and contains at least one unused visa page for visa-on-arrival sticker
  2. Fill in the Arrival/Departure card
  3. Return or outward journey ticket
  4. Prepare the exact amount in USD for payment of VOA fees to ensure a smooth application process

Voucher Validity: Til Mar 2018. 
Once Booking confirmed no cancellatioin is allowed.
