Qoo10.sg is now implementing a negative point system for items that are shipped without a tracking number. As such, all items will be shipped out using REGISTERED POSTAGE from 30 AUGUST 2013 onwards. However, we are pleased to let you know that all items will be charged at a flat rate of $3*, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Items will be mailed out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 30 Aug 2013 onwards.

What is Registered Postage?

Registered Postage is a service by SingPost, where your items will be delivered right to your doorstep with a tracking number. This will greatly reduce the possibilities of lost mails as you will be able to track the status of your mail using the tracking number on SingPost's website. It is a highly recommended form of delivery, as it is low cost yet completely trackable.
