Tasting Note

Colour : Beautiful, brilliant, rich, cherry-red colour, that already displays slight bricking on the rim.

Aroma : Attractive, warm bouquet with delightful fresh fruit aromas.

Palate : Starts out full-bodied and rich on the palate, going on to reveal an elegant tannic structure and spicy red fruit flavours. Altogether well-balanced, with a pleasant long aftertaste. It is a blend of young wines providing fruit and richness, and older wines accounting for depth, complexity, and a beautiful structure. After bottling, the blend is aged for several months in our cellar in order to achieve a fine balance.

Recommended Cuisine

Served between 17 and 18 °C, with grilled meats, roasted or in sauce and cheese.
