Question 1: How do you turn unit off?
Answer: You take it out of the power jack.

Question 2: My transmitter is speaking in Chinese. How do I change back to English?
Answer: Long press the rotary knob when you plug in the cigarette lighter hole.

Question 3: Are both usb ports able to support 5V/2.1A at the same time? Or just one of them?
