A young "Joseph Walker" attracted by the beautiful environment where dazzling greenery, clear air, and a pure Spey river flows in Speyside in the northeastern part of Scotland, which is known as the biggest producing area of malt whiskey, was introduced in 1898 by Walker
Opened the predecessor bakery.
Since then, it has been making high-quality shortbread for over 110 years.
"Shortbread" is Scottish unique sweets, it is condition that it contains at least 24% of butter or oil of raw materials.
Because we only use pure butter in Walker, I'm daring to call it "Pure Butter Shortbread".
Short bread baked with more than 30% butter of raw materials has won numerous awards since its foundation and is now loved in more than 60 countries around the world.
