The Famili FM201BOB Food Scale is one of the handiest and easiest to use kitchen accessories. With only 2 buttons a tempered glass surface with extremely accurate sensors that is accurate to within 1 gram. Portion sizing and weighing foods/ingredients has never been so easy. Its tempered glass surface is 3x stronger than your average glass scale allowing you to weigh up to 11 lbs accurately. With a very visible large red backlit LCD display provides great visibility in the lowest of light conditions.
The FM201BOB has a zero/tare function in case you need to apply a bowl or plate onto the surface when working with multiple ingredients. If you accidently forget to turn the scale off don't worry! These scales have an auto shut off feature that will power down the scale for you. The scale also has a few handy indications when the batteries are getting low or if there is too much weight on the scale!
