Tips to use the product effectively: No soaps with moisturiser, limit handling and press from center if sheet to outside edges to secure to skin.  Adhesiveness can be effected by bathing or exercising and should be removed before these activities and reapplied after. It is possible that there may be a need for medical tape on certain areas of body or dry or oily skin.
