Return/Refund Policy

*We are not responsible for any accidents, lost of items, delays or other

  issues which are the responsibility of the shipping company.

*If items is damaged due to the delivering of the parcel (Postman fault)

  whereby customer chose Normal Mail, there would be NO refund/exchange.

  Therefore, it is  strongly advisable to choose Registered Mail.
