In order to lighten the burden of all workers, AA17 "light god" was born as a new generation helmet which combines overwhelming lightness and strength.
The weight of a typical helmet is around 400 g.
On the other hand, AA 17 "Light God" is only 270 g.
The difference in weight is equivalent to 5 AA alkaline batteries.
The person wearing it for a long time every day, you can feel the magnitude of the difference.
Just because it is light, there is no compromise to safety.
Shell (hat body) and liner (shock absorber), which were conventionally separate parts, are integrally molded by the "in-mold method".
With the strength of the integral structure, we succeeded in dramatically reducing the weight while maintaining the shock absorption performance.
