"I am wondering why this product is only available out of China? With the number of people in the USA with Diabetes, and lactose intolerance is certainly not that uncommon. It has to bee a money maker at over $50 for a very small can. Works ok, but not very cost effective for continued use over an extended period of time. I would like to find a similar product made in USA that is more cost effective. You drink it and it keeps your hunger under control for hours (it help stabilizes you sugar blood level). "
