How to enjoy Konriko® Dry MOJO Seasoning: Sprinkle generously over meat, poultry or fish. When the taste suits you, the seasoning is perfect. Konriko Dr MOJO Seasoning is especially good for barbecuing. Just season, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or more before cooking. For MOJO Sauce: Combine 1/2 cup sour orange juice (or 1/4 cup lime juice and 1/4 cup orange juice), 1/4 cup olive oil, and 2 teaspoons Konriko Dr MOJO Seasoning or to taste. Use as marinade or table sauce. makes 3/4 cup.Free OfWheat and gluten.
