The CLEAVE bumper product that has been shining on numerous design awards has evolved a new era!
An alumite treatment to decorate the product beautifully is usually once, but I'm daring to do it twice.
By applying alumite treatment to the whole in the first time, side polish processing is carried out and the second alumite treatment is applied, so that the side is only finished with a different tone from the other side.
In pursuit of a new finish, we dared to work on what is not normally done because it is a very special one as a construction method.
This process enabled new coordinates.
For example, in a new color silver / rose gold, it matches either silver or rose gold of iPhone 6s.
In black / space gray, coloring of sideline different from black until now gives light feeling and tightens silhouette.
For fastening the bumper, we adopt the new QuickLock hook system.
The movable hook is built in the bumper side, and it is locked by just pressing the part after installing the iPhone.
It can be installed reliably with one action without using any tool.
After installation, the hook becomes inconspicuous, you can enjoy CLEAVE's own three-dimensional design.
For the bumper material, we adopted the A6063 aluminum alloy which is excellent in processability, strength and lightness.
It is a reliable material used for aircraft, ships and advanced buildings.
We cut this one by one precision CNC cutting process.
