I haven't used any hair packs or conditioners since they make my scalp really bad but this hair pack is so amazing that I didn't have any irritation after using it.  Directions

 Use this scalp pack after shampooing and thoroughly rinsing off your scalp.
 Pump out appropriate amount and massage into scalp and hair gently and thoroughly for 1 minute. Leave the scalp pack in your scalp for 3~5 minutes.
 Thoroughly rinse hair and scalp with lukewarm water.
 For best result, please use only the Medicean shampoos with this Pack
