Johor Red Prawn D13 was founded by 郑福明(our late old uncle) 30 years ago. This cultivar was originally named after his name Fu Ming 13 / 福明13. "13" is symbollic of the location where this durian was found, which is 13 miles off Muar. Years later, this cultivar is registered with Malaysia Agriculture Board as D13. Currently, we occupy the biggest yield of quality D13 in Muar.
