I have a disease that was caused by my feet getting too cold, therefore, my capillaries go into spasms and my feet have bluish-purple spots near and on my toes. This oil has taken away most of that problem. I rub it onto my legs and feet every day. It is taken in through your skin to help directly to the area. It stops the itching for several hours before I have to reapply it. I generally wait for it to dry before I put pants, hose or socks on.I highly recommend it if used just for the benefits of the magnesium which is very good for you.
