(defective product)

We take a lot of responsibilties for our products as much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping. you will have to send the item back to us (Singapore address) so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 2 days of receiving the product.

(unsuitable sizes)

for unsuitable sizes, we are unable to exchange as this is customised order.

strongly advice customer to measure the size before any purchase is make to avoid unsuitable items & sizes.

(pls allow 1-2 cm measurement error)

Delivery time frame(Tracking number be provided)

1)after payment made, item will be ship, land transfer of parcel to air mail delivery will takes 3- 7 days.

2)once item is shipped thru air mail, delivery takes 3 to 14 days..

(tracking number be updated to account once parcel reached singapore)

customers can track parcel from q0010 order status account or contact delivery company .

please note that delivery of item usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. depending on singapore custom clearance and delivery
