Sound was low, however. It was purchased for an after school program due to screen size and multiple kids watching at the same time but less than a month later and the picture doesn't work even though we have sound. To top it off, it's still under warranty but Ematic makes the customer pay for return shipping of the product including certified mail or the equivalent which is 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of the original price. When asked to speak to a manager or if they make exceptions, I was told no manager would tell me anything differently and there was nothing they could do as it was company policy. I will not be purchasing from Ematic ever again.
