Shipment:
1.  Please write in full and correct delivery information including receiver`s name, address, postal code and telephone number, to make surea safe and smooth delivery.
2.  Once the products are sent out, we will inform the receiver about the express tracking number.
3. We usually make declaration lower value, to get lower or free customs tax. Which does not affect your payment and the market price. If you have specific requirements, you had better mark the details of your inquiry in your order or send us the letter to inform the seller.
4.  We don`t take the responsibility of the accident from shipping couriers.
5.All merchandise in selling are of good quality and under strict examination before they are shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problem.

Payments:

Warranty&Returns:

We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for the freight when package is sent back to the seller with proper packaging. We will refund you the moneyimmediately the moment wereceiving items.
We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.

Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.)
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller`s) return address, and write "gift" on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. Technicist in our company will settle the problems for our customers, to repair or exchange the item if it is necessary.
