Return and Refund

Even though we have checked our products before we send them out, defects may occur from time to time. To maximise customer satisfaction, we offer a 7 days warranty on our products. If you encounter any problems with your product within the first 7 days of receiving it, you qualify for a 1-to-1 exchange for a brand new piece when we receive the defective product (postage will be bourne by the buyer)

If your colour is no longer available, we will substitute it for another.  Under such a scenario, email us at vinavogue@outlook.com about your problem and we will initiate the exchange process. 

In the event we are out of stock, we will do a full refund of the item once we recieve the defective piece.
