Our organic Unbleached Flour is produced by milling the whole wheat grain and sieving off of the bran. Unlike most commercially available white flours, there is no bleaching, no further refinements and no additives. Ideally it should be refrigerated to retain freshness. This is an all purpose flour suitable for most everyday cooking needs including making cakes, pastries, noodles and other flour-based products.
