<br />There is no Manual to ship together with the machine, it is very important for you to read below manual when you try to use it : 
<br />1. load 2 AAA batteries into controller 
<br />2. connect the four pads to controller 
<br />3. stick the four pads to skin, when you use only 2 pads, the 2 pads must be from different channels. 
<br />4. press "on" to turn on the machine. 
<br />5. press "on" again to start electro shock. 
<br />6. press "on" more times to intensify the electro shock power / press "off" to weaken the electro shock power. 
<br />7. press "S/P" to enter Speed Control, then press "on" to speed up / press "off" to slow down. 
<br />8. press "S/P" again to back to Power Control 
<br />9. press "MODE" to change electro shock mode 
<br />10. Press "off" to turn off the machine
