Looking at the details, the precision machining cut along the body line of the terminal was cut out from aluminum chunks one by one by advanced CNC cutting process.
As material, A6063 aluminum alloy was adopted.
It is a material excellent in processability and strength, light weight.
We cut this one by one precision CNC cutting process.
Parts such as buttons were also cut out from the same material, which was finished by many processes even one such as corner treatment.
For surface treatment, it is strong against friction, it has beautiful alumite treatment with beautiful coloring and it also has beauty which does not stay beyond mere reinforcement parts.
White Only the electrodeposition paint with a consistent and strong coating film is applied, and it is a beautiful surface treatment with smooth texture and matte finish.
The Quick Lock system was adopted as a method of attaching to the terminal.
Simple yet strong structure not only improves reliability but also improves stability when worn.
In addition, since it is desorption by handwheel screw made of SUS 304 stainless steel which imaged the crown of the wrist watch for fixing, it does not need any special tool at all.
