- All customers are eligible for the auction.

- Winning bidder must bring proof of payment and make full payment prior to self-collection. Otherwise tickets will be forfeited without any refunds.

- Tickets must be self collected at Qoo10 office at 5 Tampines Central 1 #04-04 Tampines Plaza Singapore 529541 between 9 am - 12 pm or 2 pm - 6 pm, Mon-Fri only. Non-redeemed tickets after validity period will be forfeited without any refunds.

- Qoo10 shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gifts/ products/ services.

-Notwithstanding anything herein, Qoo10 shall not at any time be responsible or incurred by or held liable for any defect or malfunction in gifts/ products or deficient or inferior services, and/ or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any gifts/ products/ services by any person at any time without notice.
