About Glue Leakage

when you stop working. the glue gun will have few Glue Leakage. This is the right situation.

this is NOT a Quality Problem.

How the glue gun to prevent Leakage?

when you push the trigger. the glue will push the steel ball and make the glue flow out.when you stop working. the steel ball will spring back to stop the glue flow out.

Why my glue gun have glue leakage?

There are two reasons cause the glue leakage.

1. when you stop working. the red area still have some glue inside. they will flow out.

that’s why when you power off the switch. there is still have some glue flow out.

2.when you finish your work and you did not turn off the switch. the glue stick will keep melting.

and the heating room’s pressure will increases. the pressure will push the steel ball into s small gap.

so the glue will flow out from the gap.

How to reduce the glue leakage?

1.you can power off the switch when you are ready to finish your work.

2.If you did not used the glue gun for a long time. please power off the switch first.

Is there such a glue gun without on leakage completely?

No. because the glue is more Sticky than water. If you use a stronger spring to offset the glue heating room’s presure.
