Solutions For Simple Using The Item:
? 1.To achieve the fastest charging performance, adjust your phone to the specified charging location. Adjust the bottom stretchable bracket to make the center of the phone exactly on top of the wireless charging sensor (red point in the picture / the printed word "C" is the sensor center). For large size mobile phones such as Samsung Note 8, please stretch the bottom bracket to the longest.
? 2. Protective cases that exceeds 2mm in thickness may slow down the wireless charging efficiency, so we recommend you delete Otterbox case or use slim case.
? 3. Please take off the phone case if you have a metal phone case or your case has a metallic coating.
? 4. Make sure that your device is compatible with wireless charging function.If not support,then your device need extra Qi receiver.
? 5. The charging cable we offer support fast charge mode and at same time requires a QC 2.0/3.0 adapter as its power source.
? 6. When using the suction on the windshiled, please fasten the locking buckle. This will keep the holder tight enough when driving.
