How to decide which size of knee sleeve is right for you?
There are three sizes of knee sleeves for you to choose from. Please measure 5.9 inches above your kneecap for the girth of your leg. Then compare your girth with the following size chart.
? Small: 14-15"
? Medium: 15-17"
? Large: 17-18.5"
For example, if the girth is between 17" and 18.5", a knee sleeve of Large size will be what you need.
It's advised that you buy a larger size if your girth is at the upper limit. If a tight fit is needed, please buy a smaller size.

Note:
Please don't attach the Velcro to the knee sleeve (it should be attached to the strap), or it may cause damage to the knee sleeve.
