Which MyChelle products are Gluten-Free?All MyChelle Dermaceuticals products are verified gluten-free. Each has been independently tested by a third-party laboratory and confirmed to have gluten levels that do not exceed 5 ppm. These testing documents are available upon request.

Which MyChelle products are Vegan?The majority of their products are vegan, except those that contain yogurt or honey. All of their products are vegetarian.
Are MyChelle Products organic?They use organic and/or USDA certified organic ingredients when they are available and best suited for a product. There are some ingredients for which there are no suitable natural alternatives. They choose the safest, most natural version of all ingredients.
Does MyChelle tested on animals?MyChelle has never, and will never, conduct animal testing. In addition MyChelle products do not contain any ingredients obtained from or harmful to animals.
Does MyChelle use sustainable packaging?Yes, MyChelle uses eco-friendly materials for their product containers. They use glass, plastic, and cardboard for their different packaging needs. All resins used in their line are FDA grade. MyChelle containers are #2 and #7 category and are accepted at recycling centers. They don't use any plastic that contains Bisphenol A or any other ingredients known to be a hormone disruptor nor do they use any materials known to have links to carcinogens.
Why do my products sometimes vary in color when I purchase them?When using natural ingredients, there can be a variance and non-uniformity of color. This is a direct result of weather conditions and the time of season when ingredients are harvested. Although the color in some products may vary in appearance, please be assured that the performance of the product is not altered in any way.
Does MyChelle discolse all of their product ingredients?100% Yes. From the production of their first product, MyChelle has always, and will continue to always be, transparent in what they use in each one of their formulations. It's hard to believe, but beauty companies are not required to fully disclose all of the ingredients they use. Per the FDA, 'It is the manufacturer's and/or distributor's responsibility to ensure that products are labeled properly.' Of course, this is not okay with MyChelle. They believe everyone deserves the right to know exactly what he or she is putting on their skin so they can make an informed purchasing decision.
What type of Vitamin C does MyChelle use and what are the benefits?They use L-Ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C the body utilizes and recognizes. This potent antioxidant is the most active, natural form of Vitamin C and can improve skin elasticity by enhancing collagen production and help prevent hyperpigmentation, including age spots.
Is MyChelle's Vitamin C Stable?Their vitamin C is stable synergistically and is formulated to guard against oxidation not only on the skin but also in the bottle. Their L-Ascorbic acid has a natural origin (sugar) that is refined through various processes in the lab.
