These pieces come from the prehistoric mammal Oreodont. Included in this collection are a limb bone, two jaw bone pieces, calcaneus bone and several vertebrae pieces. Limb bone measure approx 5 1/2 inches in length. Jaw bones measures approx 1 inch. Vertebrae pieces measure approx. 1 inch in length.These pieces come from the plains of Western North America, specifically the Lusk, Wyoming area. These pieces were found in a private ranch 20 miles North of Lusk, Wyoming in the White River Formation in what is known as the Chadron deposits.We have a wide variety of fossils available so check out our other listings!
