SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

·     However, if it is due to wrong address entered into the system by the buyer and the seller received the returned item subsequently, we shall assist and contact the buyer for a redelivery at the buyer’s expense.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:

·     We seek your understanding that all items sold are strictly not refundable.

·     Exchange is offered ONLY if the item is defective or damaged during shipment within 5 days of receipt.  Please contact the seller at sg.11sQuare@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged item to arrange  for the exchange.

·     Buyer would have to bear any shipping charges incurred for any exchange of item. All packaging including any manuals and parts where applicable must be returned in the original packaging.  It is highly recommended to return goods via registered mail with tracking number to facilitate the exchange process.
