The kit includes a 7.7lb pouch of Apple Juice Concentrate, designed by Master Brewer Ian Williams and crafted in New Zealand using a combination of New Zealand Apples. It also includes a packet of Fermentis Safale S-04 yeast and a 10g sachet of Yeast Nutrient. All ingredients can be added directly to the fermenter with water.
