How to make noodles using pasta maker
Sharing my personal experience Beside pasta maker, I also own a noodle machine. In fact I get the noodle machine first before I get a pasta maker. The noodle machine does not give the QQ texture I want. But I can with the pasta maker as I can rest the dough for some hours or overnight before cutting the dough to noodles. Now the noodle machine is sitting in my store room for months.
