Life Saver!I have been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks for most of my life. Always tried to naturally deal with it and never took any medication. However, within the past year my anxiety has gotten so severe that it took a physical toll on me. I started having tremors, shaking, trouble breathing and would even wake up during the night because I was having a panic attack and couldn't breath! I was literally dying! I am healthy otherwise and I knew it wasnt lung or heart related. Anyways, long story short, I bought a couple of natural stress relief supplements. But Rescue Remedy was the only one that gave me instant relief and restful sleep at night. When first tried it (4 drops on my tongue), I felt a little lightheaded within 5 minutes and then calmness came over me. The only negative thing I could say is that it took my focus and concentration away but I suppose that's why I have anxiety in the first place, by trying to overthink everything too much. I also used it before bed and had the most restful sleep in probably the last 10 years! My breathing is much better now but I have to take it regularly to stay clam and relaxed. However, I would caution using it before or while driving as it does make you lose focus. Otherwise, a great remedy for sleep and for people with severe anxiety or panic attacks.
