For normal postage, there is no way we can track. So please choose wisely. If customer does not receive the package, we will send you a picture of the envelope to confirm address. Please understand that since normal mail does not provide tracking, there is nothing we can do when address is correct.

Once you receive the tracking number via qoo10, its means that your envelope is coming anytime within the next 1-3 working days. Watch out for it!

Don't just give your children stickers. Give them some photographs and papers (not so expensive ones for first timer) and let them decorate creatively. Let them write down their thoughts if they can write:)
